Vineyard management & Vinification

The oldest vineyard in the Rheingau was planted in 1934. It is deeply rooted with the history of our family and our traditional enthusiasm for the future. Always in line with nature and trusting in its wisdom.

We listen to our vineyards. We watch out for their signs. We plant domestic herbs, flowers and grain between our rows. Since 2014, we have been a member of ECOVIN. At Mohr winery, modern ecological winegrowing is lived and loved far beyond legal requirements.
